Bukola Adisa is the Founder/CEO of Career Masterclass @careermasterclass which is a non-profit organisation focused on enabling the career growth of BAME professionals by teaching the practical skills that they can use to build and enjoy a successful career.

Career Masterclass hosts an annual BAME conference called STRETCH during black history month to inspire and provide career development opportunities for BAME professionals.

Eloho Efemuai

Eloho Efemuai is a brand visibility coach, singer, speaker, author and radio broadcaster who inspires creative women of faith to stop doubting their potential, unleash their inner confidence beat the stereotypes, and create a 360-degree visible and impactful brand.

She runs Scotland’s Number One Online Christian Radio station Heartsong Live in Edinburgh. You can find her broadcasting words of inspiration every Monday to Thursday morning from 6:30 am.

As a professional singer who’s released two studio albums, she has attracted an equally impressive tribe, drawn to her soulful voice and positive messages. Across her social media channels, she has almost 60 thousand fans, who engage with me on a regular basis.

Achieving such impressive follower numbers within just a few years has meant that word has spread rapidly about her social media expertise and ability to inspire and empower women of faith to discover their true potential.

As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, her desire is to add value to the lives of those she encounters, particularly women who struggle with a lack of confidence and low self-esteem, helping them break out of stereotypes to become the women they were designed to be.

Olubusayo Fasidi

Olubusayo Fasidi is an entrepreneur and attorney with over 18 years of legal experience. Her experience includes counseling and representing small to medium sized corporations in general corporate and commercial matters, corporate and family immigration, and employment law.
As an entrepreneur, Olubusayo understands the intricacies of growing a start-up company. She provides support to growing business by serving as a legal and corporate consultant. Her experience includes advising on:

• Contract management
• Business transactions
• Employment law
• Contract dispute
• Corporate leases and
• Compliance and liability concerns.
Olubusayo also has experience representing individuals and families in family-based immigrant and nonimmigrant US visa applications, asylum, and removal proceedings. She currently serves as an Independent Hearing Examiner with the Texas Education Agency, where she presides over disputes relating to certain Teacher Employment Contracts.
She is licensed to practice law in the States of New York and Texas and in Nigeria.
A passionate advocate against abuse, Olubusayo is the host of the podcast ‘Broken Road by Busayo’ where she proclaims healing, liberation, and freedom from abuse. She received a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Houston Baptist University.
